I am making this recommendation of Mr. Davis of my own volition and without gain to myself or prejudice.
Mr Davis served my needs as a Public Adjuster following the events and damages to my residential property resulting from Hurricane Lan, which hit PuntaGorda, Florida on September 28, 2022, leaving severe damages to the area
Without Mr Davis’s work, I would have been hard-pressed to deal with the resulting damages and the Insurance recovery process. Despite my early reports to the insurance company and their first field adjusters’ inspection, I had the worst experience in my personal and professional life with any insurance issue or company. That Company first accepted the adjuster’s report on replacing my roof, then decided to deny it, outsourced their own adjusting work, and changed their agents for reasons that their agents were overwhelmed with claims and ultimately tried to frustrate me into giving up. For a retired 90 year old Senior Executive of a large well-known corporation, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable
Mr Davis turned the process to an orderly fashion. With his sharp eye, his deep knowledge of insurance, and his professionalism is mand his inspections, he integrated hundreds of details enabled us to clear through the fog of back-and for them and replace the confusion with order Despite that, the decision maker sinthe insurance company kept changing while trying to cut back on their responsibility. Finally, and with the help of an attorney, I was able to settle after seventeen months of the worst experience in my life with insurance. It’s with this in mind that I highly recommend Mr. Davis.
